A boutique firm with big-firm brains
Spectrum Tax Accountants was built on a simple idea: business owners and investors deserve senior-level tax advice, delivered personally, at a fair price.

The story
After more than 25 years as a qualified accountant — and years spent owning and operating businesses of his own across multiple industries — Emile Assaf kept seeing the same problem: clients of big accounting firms paying premium fees to be passed between juniors who didn’t know their file.
Spectrum Tax Accountants is the answer. A deliberately boutique Norwest practice where every client — every tradie, company, trust, property investor and SMSF — works directly with a senior registered tax agent who knows their situation inside out.
“The avoidance of taxes is the only intellectual pursuit that still carries any reward.” — John Maynard Keynes
Maximum legal advantage, zero surprises
Our mission is to give small and medium businesses, tradies, medical professionals and investors across the Hills District the same calibre of tax strategy the big end of town enjoys — proactively, personally and at fees that make sense.

Why clients switch to Spectrum — and stay
Same advisor, every year
No revolving door of graduates. Emile handles your work personally, year after year, and builds strategy on genuine knowledge of your affairs.
Low overheads, fair fees
A lean boutique structure means you’re paying for expertise — not a CBD tower, a marketing department and three layers of management.
We’ve sat in your chair
Having owned businesses, Emile knows what a quiet month feels like, what staff cost, and why cash flow beats theory. Advice here is practical, always.
